We recently had Tommy come out to look at our malfunctioning water heater. He was friendly, patient, professional and knowledgeable. We could not be more pleased with our experience and will have no hesitation using him again.
Take care of all plumbing issues, including a wall hanging water heater that needs yearly service. They are friends of the family now. Very grateful for their being here.
Tommy B was great, explained and showed me exactly what the issues were and what the recommended repairs were. Overnight leak and I called next morning and they were here by 11am. Rachel who took my call was very informative as well and overall great experience. Would definitely recommend and use DB's Plumbing for any future needs.
Contrary to normal services, Tommy of DB's arrived early. What a concept, on time service calls. We went over the scope of repairs and the pros & cons of repairs to my 13 year old water heater or replacement. I chose replacement. He installed the water heater the next afternoon. Works fine and the job site was left very clean. All in all, a top notch job done in a friendly and un-pressurized manner.
The office staff kept me updated on the field service tech who would be coming out, his arrival time and even sent me his picture! I appreciated the advanced info. Tommy B., the tech, was courteous, patiently explained the work he was doing and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with Db's Plumbing and Drain!!

I found my experience working with DB's very positive. They were responsive in getting me scheduled and worked hard to meet my needs to get a backup when they were experiencing limited supply. Tommy was extremely professional during the install, answering all of my questions and provided a detailed overview of the work that he did. Having a backup is something I needed to do for a long time, and I'm glad to have used DB's to complete the work. I will definitely use them again in the future for other plumbing needs.
Very disappointing. I have used DBs a number of times over the past few years and never had an issue; their prices are high but that is to be expected. However, this time the fix was a simple shower cartridge replacement. It's a simple fix but I couldn't get to it, so I called DBs. It was a shower cartridge replacement but he wrote it up as a cartridge replacement along with a total rebuild. The cost.......just under $400 for a $20 cartridge, and less than an hour of the plumbers time. That's way too much and I will not use them again.Two months ago I had the same issue for a gas stove "hook up" and when I complained they justified the high price by saying the repairman required "special" qualifications to work on gas lines. It sounded reasonable...but replacing a shower cartridge???? I discussed with the repairman to no satisfaction. I never heard back from anyone from DBs, I will not use them again. And I cannot recommend them.
I am so saddened as the owner of this company and a long time partner with servicing your home. I’m not quite sure where the disconnect has been in all these service tickets, but I can assure you we haven’t had a price increase in 2 years, and the price increase we had 3 years ago was only 2.4% across the board. Our technicians have set pricing, and present to you what is in their IPad.
